Chocolate box menus / part one

I always wondered if chocolate makers around the world had the same shape for the same flavor so I collected a few menus over the years.  It seems that each manufacturer has their own shape though.  Of the small sample here none seems to show any particular creative design but like so much printed ephemera they become interesting to look at when there are several examples.
