EE: thanks for the comment. 'Envelopes' was a free paper sampler from Champion in 1964. I recently saw one on ebay for $45 and on another site for $75. Far too expensive in my opinion. You'll have to keep looking on the net for a reasonable priced copy, say, around $10 to $20.
